Kris Miller has been a proud resident of Homestead for over 30 years and a part of the Eagle County community for 60+ years. With a career spanning property management, accounting, and resort operations, Kris brings decades of hands-on experience and deep institutional knowledge to her role. She has managed 26 homeowners associations, three commercial centers, and two mixed-use buildings, as well as being the previous General Manager of a resort property—developing a strong understanding of the unique needs and responsibilities of HOAs, special districts, and community budgeting.
Kris currently serves on the Board of the Homestead HOA and the Edwards Metro District, where she is known for her practical leadership and commitment to preserving the character of the Edwards community. She is especially passionate about maintaining local open spaces and trails that enhance residents' quality of life and protecting our wildlife.
Kris believes public service is a cornerstone of community stewardship. She is the proud mother of an adult daughter who lives locally. Kris continues to prioritize thoughtful, community-driven decision-making in her work.
