NOTICE OF BUDGET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a preliminary 2026 budget and an amended 2025 budget have been submitted to the Edwards Metropolitan District.  A copy of such preliminary and amended budgets are on file at the offices of Marchetti & Weaver, LLC, 28 Second Street, Suite 213, Edwards, Colorado, where same is open for public inspection.   Any interested elector may obtain a copy of the preliminary and amended budgets by email request to magdalena@mwcpaa.com.  Such preliminary and amended budgets will be considered at a public hearing during a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 12:00PM.  The meeting will be held in person at the Edwards Field House at 450 Miller Ranch Rd. Edwards, CO 81632 and virtually via Zoom (details can be found below). Any interested elector of the District may file or register any objections to the preliminary and amended budgets at any time prior to the final adoption of the budgets.

Upcoming Curb Repair on Edwards Access Road

Beginning the week of September 15, 2025, crews will be repairing the aging curbs along Edwards Access Road.
Traffic control measures will be in place during the project. Please expect minor traffic adjustments while work is underway.
